You'll join a new division focused on highly automated manufacturing of small turbojet engines for defense platforms. Your work will directly impact scalable propulsion production at a rapidly growing startup. This role offers the chance to shape manufacturing processes from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop manufacturing processes and select tools and suppliers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support assembly and testing of machines and equipment.
• Lead and build the production team.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in rapid product development environment.
• Proficiency in NX for product design.
• Must be a U.S. Person for export control compliance.
