• Lead and scale a high-performing SDR team
• Coach and mentor SDRs on prospecting and qualification
• Own SDR performance metrics and dashboards
• Design onboarding program for new hires

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a sales development team in SaaS
• CRM software expertise (HubSpot strongly preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset using data for performance improvements
• Deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling an SDR team in B2B SaaS
• Prior experience in cybersecurity or related technical product
• Experience integrating AI into sales workflows
