💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the outbound engine for a fast-growing enterprise data platform that's already achieved strong product-market fit. Your core impact will be owning a team of ~12 BDRs to consistently feed high-quality pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll work closely with leadership to define ICP, targeting, and outbound messaging.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define ICP, targeting, and outbound messaging with leadership
  • Manage and develop a team of ~12 BDRs across inbound and outbound
  • Build repeatable outbound plays and iterate on channels and sequences
  • Establish pipeline generation rigor with activity metrics and predictable output

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in business development or outbound sales
  • Experience managing a BDR or SDR team
  • Experience scaling a BDR team from a handful to 10+ reps
  • Strong instincts for messaging, targeting, and outbound conversion
