Description

You will assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. Perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in Cumberland and Harnett counties.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as a PTA in North Carolina
• Graduation from a two-year college program approved by APTA, or two years of experience with proficiency exam
• At least one year's work experience under a qualified Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist clients in attaining optimal physical well-being
• Perform tests and client education
• Document client progress and maintain records
