๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and scale a team of 4 managers and over 30 SDRs to drive pipeline generation for upmarket accounts (500-5000 employees). You'll own a significant portion of quarterly new business and have direct impact on near-term outcomes at a high-growth company. This role requires in-office hybrid presence 3 days/week in SF or NY.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, mentor, and develop SDR managers and reps
- Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline goals
- Report on team performance via pipeline and forecasting
- Define forward-looking SDR strategies and improvements
- Partner with senior sales and marketing on GTM strategy
๐ Requirements
- Rigorous command of key business metrics
- Reliable and consistent forecasting ability
- Master of prospecting process in high-velocity orgs
- Mastery of value-based selling methodology
