You'll manage a team of technical support engineers at Wiz, a leading cloud security company. Your core impact will be enabling your team to solve complex technical problems for customers using AI-driven tools. You'll lead by example by actively using AI to build support models and internal tools.

- Manage, develop, and mentor a team of Technical Support Engineers
- Own team accountability and performance, partnering with upper management
- Guide team through technical training and learning needs
- Design and implement scalable support solutions through automations
๐ Requirements
- AI experience with a track record of using AI to create tools
- 1+ years managing external technical support teams
- 5+ years hands-on technical support or system administration experience
- 5+ years experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
โจ Nice to Have
- Prior experience in cloud security organization
- Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
