You'll manage a team of technical support engineers at Wiz, a leading cloud security company. Your core impact will be enabling your team to solve complex technical problems for customers using AI-driven tools. You'll lead by example by actively using AI to build support models and internal tools.

  • Manage, develop, and mentor a team of Technical Support Engineers
  • Own team accountability and performance, partnering with upper management
  • Guide team through technical training and learning needs
  • Design and implement scalable support solutions through automations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • AI experience with a track record of using AI to create tools
  • 1+ years managing external technical support teams
  • 5+ years hands-on technical support or system administration experience
  • 5+ years experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in cloud security organization
  • Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
