You'll lead end-to-end design for AI-powered data integration at Matillion, shaping how teams collaborate with virtual data engineers. You'll define new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration in an emerging space.

• Experience designing complex products in fast-paced SaaS environments
• Portfolio showing end-to-end thinking and high-quality execution
• Experience with complex systems, technical workflows or data-heavy products
• Curiosity about AI-driven experiences and emerging interaction paradigms
