Description

You will support production of optoelectronic devices for Starlink, executing new configuration introductions, training technicians, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet aggressive timelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience or engineering/math/science degree
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs
• Available for extended hours and weekends

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage new configuration introduction into production
• Identify, develop, and provide training for production technicians
• Program and operate microelectronics assembly machines (die/wire bonding)
• Design and implement assembly fixtures for process improvement
• Collaborate with teams on design for manufacturing
