You will build Ivo's hiring engine, partnering with senior leadership to drive headcount planning, sourcing strategies, and employer brand, while scaling recruiting processes and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience including building and leading recruiting functions
• Proven track record of developing and managing both high-volume pipelines and specialty technical positions
• Strong sourcing skills — relentless and creative in finding talent
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup experience strongly preferred)
• Passionate about building recruiting functions from the ground up and wearing multiple hats
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working under pressure
• Excited about working five days in office in downtown San Francisco

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical leaders to deeply understand requirements for priority hires and build creative sourcing strategies
• Build a recruiting organization to hire and retain exceptional talent
• Carry candidates through full-cycle hiring process including pipeline management, sourcing, and closing roles
• Leverage data to increase candidate ROI, conversion rates, build efficient processes, and monitor hiring pace
• Create frameworks to understand the market for technical roles
• Help define and strengthen employer brand and candidate-facing materials
• Provide regular hiring updates and metrics to leadership
