You'll support the retirement program's financial operations and help manage day-to-day activities. You'll resolve escalated benefit cases, improve systems with product and engineering teams, and ensure SLA compliance with third-party partners. This role offers the chance to shape a rapidly growing program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle escalated or complex benefit administration cases
• Oversee SOP creation and adherence with partners
• Resolve complex benefit inquiries from Customer Success and Sales teams
• Build and maintain internal benefit resources and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Experience with partnership management
