Description

In this role, you will own end-to-end design processes for multiple B2B SaaS products, shaping user experiences across our portfolio. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and company leaders to define product vision, design intuitive interfaces, and improve user workflows in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar
• Portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS applications
• Strong user-centered design approach with research and validation experience
• Fluency in Figma, Tailwind CSS, and modern design tools
• Experience with both startup pace and enterprise-grade design standards

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design processes for multiple B2B SaaS products
• Contribute to or establish a unified design system across the portfolio
• Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and UX flows
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and polished UI components
• Apply systems thinking to build scalable design patterns
