Description

You'll work as an embedded craft partner with product consultants and developers to define how users experience digital products, from discovery through delivery. You'll produce wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, and defend decisions with sound theory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interface design, interaction design, or UI design
• Experience designing digital products (web apps, native mobile, responsive web, desktop software)
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system management

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery alongside Product Consultants, contributing a design perspective
• Execute visual and interaction design from early concepts through developer handoff
• Design and evolve design systems by contributing components and defining patterns
• Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Prepare design deliverables for developer handoff and support development through build
