💼 About This Role

You'll manage global payroll operations and lead a unified payroll system implementation for a high-growth fintech company. You'll drive process improvements, ensure compliance across regions, and provide strategic insights to shape long-term payroll capabilities. This role offers ownership of global payroll strategy in a hybrid London-based team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage global payroll operations and ensure accurate processing and compliance.
• Drive automation and process improvements for efficiency.
• Partner with legal and HR on new entity setups and EOR services.
• Resolve payroll queries via Jira and maintain knowledge repository.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of regional end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field.
• Experience with payroll vendor management and HRIS integration projects.
• Knowledge of private equity, RSU, ESOP schemes and reporting.

• Experience implementing a unified global payroll solution.
• Familiarity with Jira/Slack for query management.
• Strong analytical skills for payroll data analysis.
