💼 About This Role

You'll own financial operations for a fast-moving startup building AI agents across the US and Singapore. You'll manage multi-entity finance, including intercompany transactions and tax compliance, ensuring smooth scaling. This hands-on role offers exposure to fundraising diligence and strategic FP&A.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage intercompany transactions between US and Singapore entities.
• Own tax operations across both jurisdictions (GST, federal/state).
• Support month-end and year-end close processes for both entities.
• Provide financial support for due diligence and investor queries.
• Contribute to internal FP&A and budgeting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years experience in finance operations or accounting.
• Hands-on experience supporting a US entity (US GAAP, tax).
• Experience with transfer pricing and intercompany accounting.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Prior experience at a VC-backed startup.
• Exposure to equity management or cap table administration.
