🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and mentor engineering teams across geographies.
• Define strategy and long-term roadmap with Product and Science teams.
• Lead design and evolution of real-time ads auction and marketplace systems.
• Drive yield optimization through auction design and pricing experiments.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading teams in auction theory and quantitative optimization.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Deep mathematical understanding of auction theory, game theory, and statistics.
• Hands-on Python and Java in production environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the Advertising domain.
• 5+ years applying auction theory to large datasets.
• MS or PhD in CS, Economics, Math or related field.
