You'll lead project controls strategy for multi-billion-dollar capital programs, overseeing cost controls, scheduling, and EVM. You'll drive data-driven decision-making and executive reporting across mega-project environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead project controls strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee cost controls, scheduling, forecasting, EVM, and risk management.
• Manage resource-loaded schedules, baselines, and performance reporting.
• Deliver executive-level reports and lead project performance reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive Project Controls experience.
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, oil & gas, or energy sectors.
• Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) knowledge.
