You'll join the loudest store in the mall, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is ensuring fellow fans get the merch they love through excellent customer service. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to merchandise product using approved store equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
