🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 4-5 customer engagements concurrently
• Oversee project scope, budget, timeline, and resources
• Drive alignment across sales, delivery, and client stakeholders
• Implement process improvements and Agile best practices

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of Technical Program Management experience
• Proven ability to manage 4-5 customers concurrently with 85%+ utilization
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or Fivetran technologies
• People management experience leading high-performance teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Client-facing experience in consulting
• Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
