Description

You will lead fire and life safety consulting for hospitality projects across India, managing technical work, client relationships, and site inspections. You'll conduct code consulting, performance-based design, and fire protection system design reviews, while traveling about 50% of the time to project sites.

Requirements

• Solid technical understanding of Fire and Life Safety principles
• Experience in Code Consulting, Performance Based Design, or Fire Protection System Design
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50%) within India
• Client-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and coordinate technical workload of hospitality FLS projects
• Attend client design meetings, manage project expectations on schedule and budget
• Carry out design and layout reviews
• Prepare and present technical reports including fire strategy reports
• Lead site compliance audits and gap analysis against local and NFPA standards
