💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in US history, as an Auto Painter. You'll prime vehicles, perform final sanding, buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush using state-of-the-art tools at one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, with opportunities for career progression and paid training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting
• Buff, touch-up, mix paint, and use airbrush
• Operate paint booths and apply water-based paint
• Perform paint correcting and blending adjacent panels

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Ability to work mandatory overtime in a fast-paced production environment
