You'll join an award-winning support team helping customers solve technical and data challenges using the Sigma platform. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to diagnose complex issues and drive solutions. This role offers the chance to contribute to product improvement and build scalable support operations.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for customers
  • Develop best practices and tools for performance optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product experience
  • Participate in quarterly projects and on-call duties

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role at a cloud or SaaS provider
  • SQL proficiency including JOINs, Window Functions, and CTEs
  • SQL query performance troubleshooting and query plan analysis
  • Proficient in data modeling concepts

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a cloud service in production
  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Knowledge of GCP or AWS
