You'll join an award-winning support team helping customers solve technical and data challenges using the Sigma platform. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to diagnose complex issues and drive solutions. This role offers the chance to contribute to product improvement and build scalable support operations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for customers
- Develop best practices and tools for performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product experience
- Participate in quarterly projects and on-call duties
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role at a cloud or SaaS provider
- SQL proficiency including JOINs, Window Functions, and CTEs
- SQL query performance troubleshooting and query plan analysis
- Proficient in data modeling concepts
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a cloud service in production
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Knowledge of GCP or AWS
