As a Business Director at Monks, you will architect growth for a portfolio of German automotive and global CPG brands, bridging traditional excellence with new digital culture. You will lead the digital evolution of these brands, translating complex industry needs into high-impact social-first ecosystems.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in top-tier agencies or digital consultancies
• At least 5 years leading multi-million Euro accounts
• Deep knowledge of Automotive and CPG sectors
• High financial literacy in margins and resource utilization
• Professional-level Native German and Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Advise C-Suite stakeholders on transitioning to community-driven, data-led marketing
• Manage commercial health and P&L of client cluster, designing growth roadmaps
• Bridge German client headquarters with Monks’ global hubs for localised best practices
• Navigate German legal/compliance requirements with agile content production
• Integrate cross-functional teams across Data, Film, Social, and Tech
