📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in R&D or product development in power distribution.
• Experience with medium voltage power distribution systems (electrical, thermal, mechanical).
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills in engineering teams.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSME).
• Experience in design-to-order or custom engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
