You will own a portfolio of key merchant accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth through optimization, new payment method launches, and strategic execution. You'll act as the primary point of contact, partnering cross-functionally to execute growth strategies and maintain Boku as the preferred payments partner.

  • Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop and execute Vitruvian opportunity plans
  • Drive processes for client success and value realization
  • Meet revenue objectives through new launches and optimization activities

  • Timely resolution of merchant queries and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with portfolio merchants
  • Maintain account plans and execute growth strategies
  • Lead cross-functional task forces to optimize merchant experience
  • Prepare and execute Business Reviews (BRs) and deliver action items
