You'll be the operational backbone of SpaceX's security team, managing the ticket queue and troubleshooting security issues. Your core impact is keeping security infrastructure running smoothly. You'll be encouraged to automate tasks and grow into security engineering work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and triage the Information Security ticket queue
• Perform operational tasks to keep security platforms reliable
• Collaborate with Security Engineers on investigations and improvements
• Develop scripts to automate support and operational processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security or related STEM field, OR 2+ years experience
• Experience troubleshooting operating system internals for Linux, Windows, or macOS
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• US Person status per ITAR requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing a ticket queue in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with YubiKeys, SSH, and PKI
• Scripting skills for automating tasks
