💼 About This Role

You'll design and build DBT models in Snowflake and architect reliable Python data pipelines to power AI systems and internal analysis at Avante, an AI-native benefits platform. You'll work across the full data lifecycle from ingestion to model monitoring, using modern AI-assisted development tools. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of data engineering and applied AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and design DBT models in Snowflake with testing and documentation
• Build and architect Python data pipelines that are reliable and testable
• Orchestrate workflows using Argo-Workflows on Kubernetes
• Manage and improve scalable Azure cloud data infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience building scalable data pipelines and warehouses
• Extensive SQL based transforms in DBT or similar technologies
• Experience operating as a technical lead on a data team
• Python fluency with emphasis on readable, maintainable code

• Analysis or analytics engineering experience
