💼 About This Role

You'll drive operational excellence across ALO's North America retail fleet. You'll develop scalable store processes, systems, and tools as a key partner between HQ and field teams. This role reports to the Director of North America Retail Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development of store operations strategies and policies across North America
• Develop and maintain store processes and policies for clarity and consistency
• Lead end-to-end implementation of operational initiatives like new tools and programs
• Leverage data and field insights to identify opportunities for improvement

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of retail operations experience
• Experience developing and implementing store processes and policies
• Strong project management skills managing multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
