Requirements

• Post graduate qualification in Building Surveying or related built environment discipline
• Understanding of BCA performance requirements and relevant Australian Standards
• Familiarity with construction processes and interest in Building Surveyor accreditation
• White Card (CPCCWHS1001) or willingness to obtain
• Full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Assist with passive fire audits and appraisals of buildings
• Support senior consultants in assessing building elements against BCA and Australian Standards
• Prepare passive fire compliance reports, dilapidation reports and rectification scopes
• Participate in site inspections for fire stopping systems and structural fire protection
• Contribute to fee proposals, project coordination and delivery
