Description

You will cover Early Childhood Program classrooms on an as-needed basis, implementing prepared lesson plans and managing the classroom to ensure continuity of learning. Your role is vital in fostering a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
• Relevant coursework or experience working with children in educational setting
• Valid state teaching certification preferred; substitute certification acceptable
• Prior experience working with children, preferably in school environment
• Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement prepared lesson plans
• Manage classroom environment and promote positive behavior
• Provide individual and group instruction support
• Record daily attendance and submit documentation
