🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as SME for end-to-end I-9 compliance and ICE audit readiness.
• Facilitate daily I-9 workflows for employees across HQ and 400+ field locations.
• Manage lifecycle of employment authorizations and visa sponsorship workstreams.
• Execute daily administrative processes related to employee lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
