Description

You will own the technical success of Conviva SDK integrations within customer applications, combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic customer engagement. You'll diagnose complex issues, manage multiple priorities, and partner closely with customers to drive measurable integration success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Application development across iOS, Android, Web, Roku, or Smart TV ecosystems
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design and software architecture
• Experience with AI-driven systems and agentic architectures

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for complex SDK integrations across strategic accounts
• Guide architecture decisions and ensure scalable implementations
• Lead deep technical troubleshooting including root cause analysis
• Design custom solutions for unique customer requirements
• Partner cross-functionally to influence roadmap priorities
