🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to resolve technical issues.
• Lead bug investigation and resolution efforts across stakeholders.
• Monitor platform services to ensure stability and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
