Description

You will lead a global team of processing experts and own end-to-end card processing operations, including vendor management, product development, and project execution. You'll collaborate with internal teams to implement new products, improve processes, and ensure compliance with card network mandates, driving security and innovation in Payoneer's card solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with card processing and/or payment issuing
• Deep expertise in transaction processing flows including 3DS, digital wallets, and card rails
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Manage international team of processing experts
• Work closely with card processing vendors, MasterCard, and VISA to create new products and define development requirements
• Manage key projects from discovery to execution
• Collaborate with internal departments for new product implementations, process improvements, and scheme mandates
• Investigate complex transaction cases and understand trends
