You'll lead a team of CS Leads and handle complex customer work at a hyper-growth personal finance platform. You'll shape the CS department and drive team initiatives. This role offers a mix of people management and hands-on IC work with equity compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of CS Leads
• Manage workload capacity and prioritization across the team
• Own customer escalations and drive long-term solutions
• Develop internal documentation and training resources

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing success/support roles
• 3 years of email support for an online consumer product
• 2+ years as people manager with direct reports
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced remote startup environment
