📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Alabama teaching license (or eligibility + reciprocity or enrollment in certification program)
• Two to four years of urban teaching experience preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
