  • Respond to inbound support requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues within identified timeframes
  • Create knowledge articles for known customer issues
  • Document all activities in CRM per defined processes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with MS Office products
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing system
  • Experience in a call center environment with high volume

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Healthcare IT or medical billing experience
  • Software Technical Support experience
  • Healthcare EDI knowledge (ANSI 835, 837, 270/271)
