๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound support requests via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues within identified timeframes
- Create knowledge articles for known customer issues
- Document all activities in CRM per defined processes
๐ Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with MS Office products
- Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing system
- Experience in a call center environment with high volume
โจ Nice to Have
- Healthcare IT or medical billing experience
- Software Technical Support experience
- Healthcare EDI knowledge (ANSI 835, 837, 270/271)
