Description

You will lead the end-to-end rollout of Lightspeed's POS system for top-tier clients in the hospitality sector, ensuring a white-glove experience. From project planning and hardware installation to on-site training and go-live support, you'll own the process and work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless setup.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects (software/POS/SaaS)
• Strong stakeholder management with enterprise clients
• Analytical mindset with process improvement skills
• Technical understanding of software implementations
• Fluent German and English, valid driver's license, willingness to travel in NRW

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end POS system implementations for key accounts
• Customize system configurations to meet client requirements
• Create and manage detailed project plans
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Support)
• Conduct on-site hardware installation and user training
