💼 About This Role

You'll design and manage NPS programs for a B2B Telco, acting as the strategic link between customer feedback and organizational change. You'll analyze feedback and operational data to drive Service Improvement Plans and present CX health reports to senior management. This role is for a future opportunity.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and implement NPS methodology for B2B Telco context
  • Analyze qualitative feedback to identify root causes of friction
  • Collaborate with department heads to create Service Improvement Plans
  • Present CX health reports and recommendations to Senior Management

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Experience in B2B Telecom or IT Solutions
  • Proven track record implementing NPS programs from scratch
  • Deep understanding of Closed-Loop mechanics
  • Exceptional command of English (written and verbal)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Professional CX certification (e.g., CCXP)
  • Familiarity with Philippine business culture and B2B Telco infrastructure
