You'll architect end-to-end learned systems combining LLMs and Reinforcement Learning to automate financial workflows at a fast-growing AI startup. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect end-to-end learned systems with LLMs and Reinforcement Learning
• Design large-scale infrastructure for evaluating answer quality
• Partner with product managers and engineers to deliver user value
• Raise the bar for code quality and product velocity

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related degree
• 3-6 years experience in LLM training or post-training (or equivalent PhD)
• Proficient in LLM training code with PyTorch or JAX
• Experience with a strongly typed language like Rust, C++, or Java

• Experience at a frontier lab (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepMind, Meta)
• Experience with deep reinforcement learning
