💼 About This Role

You'll join Vanta's commercial legal team, managing customer and vendor contract negotiations. You'll own negotiations for strategic enterprise deals and act as a trusted business partner to the go-to-market organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate customer and partner deals with the global sales organization
• Manage escalations and develop solutions to close deals
• Provide counsel on business environment, challenges, and objectives
• Oversee company legal templates (MSA, Privacy Policy, DPA)

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with SaaS agreements
• JD degree from an accredited school
• Located in Pacific time zone
• Direct experience with strategic business agreements, information security, privacy, intellectual property
