You'll keep our technology running smoothly, supporting warehouse and office teams across scanners, laptops, and network infrastructure. Your work directly impacts daily operations and helps deliver orders on time by solving technical issues efficiently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, PDAs and mobile devices
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Provide user support through ticketing system
• Monitor local network infrastructure and escalate issues

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of IT support experience
• Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems
• Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace tools
• Basic networking knowledge

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MDM solutions, Linux or VoIP
• Experience with warehouse devices (scanners, printers, PDAs)
• Experience with identity management systems like Okta
