💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the sole ShipBob representative at a partner fulfillment center, managing inventory control and resolving merchant concerns. You'll run daily cycle counting and investigate inventory discrepancies to ensure quality and accuracy. This role offers the chance to develop scalable operations in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to management.
• Perform physical location checks to reconcile inventory variances.
• Respond and resolve merchant requests via ticketing system.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using an RF Scanner.
• Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
