You'll lead and grow an existing sales team for Supabase's Americas region, owning pipeline, forecast accuracy, and quarterly targets. You'll partner with Solutions Architects, Product, and Marketing to execute GTM strategy and drive revenue across startups, mid-market, and enterprise. This role suits someone who has built sales teams in technical environments and thrives where the playbook doesn't exist yet.

  • Lead and grow a team of Account Executives and BDRs
  • Set coaching rhythms and career paths
  • Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, and quarterly targets
  • Translate GTM strategy into focused execution plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Six or more years leading SaaS sales teams with AMER territory ownership
  • Experience in technical sales: infrastructure, databases, or cloud
  • Ability to communicate with both developers and CTOs
  • Experience in async, globally distributed environments

  • Experience with AI builders or app modernization
