You'll lead the launch and scaling of a new helpdesk organization at a fast-growing SaaS startup. You'll design processes, SLAs, and KPIs while managing a small team and handling complex tickets. This role offers the chance to build operational foundations for a global company from the ground up.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design helpdesk processes and client onboarding flows
- Manage SLA design, KPI monitoring, and quality improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 operators
- Handle high-difficulty tickets and incident response
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of helpdesk experience (in-house or BPO)
- Experience with ticket management and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows OS, network, and email systems
✨ Nice to Have
- 5+ years of helpdesk experience as a team leader
- Experience with corporate IT operations (Windows Server, Active Directory)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
