You'll lead the launch and scaling of a new helpdesk organization at a fast-growing SaaS startup. You'll design processes, SLAs, and KPIs while managing a small team and handling complex tickets. This role offers the chance to build operational foundations for a global company from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design helpdesk processes and client onboarding flows
  • Manage SLA design, KPI monitoring, and quality improvement
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 operators
  • Handle high-difficulty tickets and incident response

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of helpdesk experience (in-house or BPO)
  • Experience with ticket management and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, network, and email systems

✨ Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of helpdesk experience as a team leader
  • Experience with corporate IT operations (Windows Server, Active Directory)
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
