Description

As a Senior Consultant in AI, you will design, build, and deliver modern AI/ML solutions on Azure with a high degree of independence. You'll work on client-facing projects, translating complex needs into scalable, high-quality outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability to independently contribute across AI solution delivery.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in agents/orchestration (Semantic Kernel, LangChain), search/retrieval (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus), LLM operations, responsible AI, cloud engineering (Azure AI, Databricks, Azure OpenAI), data integration, and analytics/visualization (Power BI).
• Proficiency with modern development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Ability to work with little to no oversight while delivering assigned work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical work into business value during client interactions.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn.
• Balance autonomy with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver AI/ML and data solutions on Azure with minimal oversight.
• Apply modern frameworks, tools, and engineering practices to design scalable solutions.
• Contribute to discovery sessions and solution-design workshops with technical insight.
• Translate business requirements into actionable, well-structured technical components.
• Work independently within project teams to deliver assigned components on time.
• Support pre-sales and proposal development by providing technical expertise.
• Share knowledge with peers and junior team members.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and proactively expand skills.
