Description

You will lead professional services sales within the Sales organization, working cross-functionally to drive services sales and subscription renewals. You'll manage your own quota, generate pipeline, and collaborate with account teams to build and execute complex sales strategies.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years experience in sales of Professional Services or technology solutions at enterprise software company
  • Experience owning PS quota, pipeline generation, and forecasting
  • Strong presentation skills for complex service solutions
  • Ability to scope and estimate projects

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers' portfolio and IT priorities to design digital transformation approaches involving MongoDB technologies
  • Translate customer pains into scoped projects and statements of work (SOWs)
  • Partner with sales team to develop account strategies for MongoDB adoption
  • Drive professional services pipeline and revenue forecasts for your region
  • Articulate business value of professional services, managing risks and service delivery issues
