You'll launch and lead one of our first cafés in Los Angeles, building a high-performing team and setting the standard for operations. Your core impact will be embedding Blank Street into the community by creating exceptional customer experiences and ensuring world-class hospitality. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create a motivating and engaging culture for employees
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards across stores
• Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relations, and waste
• Develop ties with neighboring businesses to grow brand loyalty

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high growth hospitality/retail
• Experience managing large hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
