You'll own the growth platform strategy at Hiya, building experimentation frameworks, instrumentation tooling, and lifecycle systems that empower all product teams. Your work will directly improve experimentation velocity and cross-functional alignment across the company, driving measurable revenue impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own growth platform strategy for experimentation, instrumentation, and lifecycle tooling
• Design cross-functional operating model connecting demand gen, marketing, product, and sales
• Build experimentation culture: define structure, measurement, and sharing of results
• Partner with product managers to translate growth needs into shared platform capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on growth
• Hands-on experience building experimentation programs and activation funnels
• Proven ability to design and scale growth platforms used by multiple product teams
• Strong technical background including SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with headless CMS platforms
• Background in B2B and B2C growth strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping and analysis
