Description
You will build and lead a team of Oncology Specialists to drive sales of liquid biopsy products in the Upper Midwest, developing data-driven strategies and cultivating relationships with oncologists. Your work directly impacts the adoption of precision diagnostics that can change patient outcomes. This remote role is based in the Upper Midwest region.
Requirements
- 4+ years field sales management in molecular diagnostics / liquid biopsy selling to oncologists
- Experience hiring, coaching, and leading a sales team to exceed goals
- Proven sales track record with multiple awards (e.g., President's Club)
- Strong negotiation, closing, data analysis, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven sales strategy and business plan for region
- Lead, recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Oncology Specialists
- Deliver customized pitches to oncologists and cancer care community
- Analyze sales results, identify trends, and monitor competition
- Drive sales volume for Northstar Liquid Biopsy products
