💼 About This Role

You'll bridge engineering design and factory floor operations to optimize plant layouts and drive throughput improvements at Crusoe's production facilities. You'll analyze production data, implement process enhancements, and participate in product lifecycle reviews to ensure efficient, safe manufacturing. This role stands out for its direct impact on scaling AI infrastructure production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and update manufacturing floor layouts for optimal material flow.
• Analyze production data and perform time studies to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions.
• Resolve manufacturing issues in real-time and lead root cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks, SketchUp) for plant layouts and fixture designs.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Plant Simulation analysis to model workflow and throughput.
• Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification.
• Experience using ERP/MRP software to manage BOMs and work orders.
